The Managing Board of FFiL Śnieżka S.A. hereby announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders appointed Ms Anna Pater as Member of the Supervisory Board on 21 June 2010.

Ms Anna Pater holds a Master’s degree of the Łazarski University in Warsaw, Business School, Faculty of International Trade, full-time course.

§         May-September 2009 – Sales Representative for the Network in the south-eastern region at Fabryka Farb i Lakierów Śnieżka S.A.

§          August 2005 - Fabryka Farb i Lakierów Śnieżka S.A. Brzeźnica, a trainee

The traineeship programme covered the following issues: corporate quality policy, corporate strategy, management methods and corporate administration. Corporate marketing, market research, analysis of own products and competition. Implementation of the marketing strategy for new products.

Courses completed and skills: Course for candidate members of Supervisory Boards of Companies of the State Treasury organised by the European Consulting Group (planned completion date: June 2010)

According to a relevant statement made, Ms Anna Pater is not involved in any business competitive to the business of the Issuer, does not participate in any competitive partnership and has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
