The Managing Board of FFiL Śnieżka S.A. would like to report that on 14 May 2010 the issuer’s Supervisory Board selected ReVision Rzeszów – Józef Król Sp. z o.o. based in Rzeszów to audit and review the financial statements of Fabryka Farb i Lakierów Śnieżka S.A. for 2010. The audit and review will cover half-yearly and annual separate and consolidated financial statements of the issuer and its Capital Group. ReVision Rzeszów - Józef Król Sp. z o.o. previously audited the issuer’s financial statements for 2008 and 2009 as MOORE STEPHENS – Józef Król Sp. z o.o.
